Ren Cai(writing from California), founder of SVM News, cofounder of Stratford EleMonthly, and founder of SummerMontly News. Ren is currently the founder, chief editor, publisher, and reporter of SVM News. He is currently a middle school student is Stratford Preparatory Blackford (SPB). He is in his school Boys’ basketball team and a separate team outside of school. His favorite subjects are math and history. Ren loves doing sports, although he has injured himself several times. Ren is also very interested in writing; he has won multiple writing competitions before. One of Ren’s favorite things is gaming, he loves video games such as Nba2K, Black Myth Wukong, and a lot more. He is honored to be our founder here at SVM News and is a dedicated part of its foundation.

Sota Nakazaki(writing from Japan), the article-writer and editor of SVM News. He enjoys playing football(soccer) and basically every other sport. He is currently a middle school student in Rugby School Japan. His favorite subjects are math, design and technology, and PE.

Ishaan Jain goes to Stratford Preparatory Blackford (SPB) and enjoys many different things. He has been in Stratford since 2nd grade and he loves to play chess, do debate, solve math problems, and play outside. He joined SVM because he likes to write about current events that are going on. In the newspaper, he will cover chess, which is a sport (shockingly). His favorite subjects are math, writing, and science. He lives in Santa Clara and really hopes you enjoy the entire team’s writing!

Boyi Yu is a writer and editor from California that joined SVM News in 8th grade. He is currently a middle school student from Stratford Preparatory Blackford (SPB). In school, he likes to run around and play with friends. Outside of school, he likes to play soccer with his team and build robots for his competitive VEX V5 team. Last year, his VEX IQ team made it into the 2025 Dallas World Championship. Boyi is glad to be a writer here at SVM News.

Tuana, co-founder of SVM News, was also financial developer of Stratford EleMonthly News and SummerMonthly News. Tuana is currently the co-founder, reporter, and managing editor of SVM News. Tuana is a middle school student at Stratford School as of 2023. She has a sister in eight grade who she loves spending time with. In addition, she enjoys coding, playing volleyball, and surfing. She codes in many languages including Python, HTML, CSS, Java, and JavaScript. She is also on her school’s Girls’ Volleyball Team and she is thrilled part of it. Math and science are among her favorite subjects! She is honored to be our co-founder here at SVM News and is dedicated to providing quality networking and news for everybody!
Arjun Vanam(writing from California), the article-writer and editor of SVM News. He enjoys many things such as eating bugs, writing essays, tennis, physics, watching YouTube(specifically Skibidi Toilet). He is currently a middle school student in Stratford Preparatory Blackford (SPB). His favorite subjects are physics, physics, physics, and physics.

Cynthia Lucas, copy editor and reporter of SVM News and also one of the supporters of SummerMonthly News and Stratford Elemonthly News. Currently, she is a copy editor and a reporter for SVM News. Cynthia is a middle school student at Stratford School. Cynthia enjoys art and has won first place in an art competition before. She recently started fencing and is pretty good and enjoys it. History, science, and literature are her favorite subjects, and she also really likes Japanese stuff and anime ( One Piece, Demon Slayer, Jujutsu Kaisen, etc.). Cynthia takes great pride in being a part of SVM News and is committed to providing top-notch newsletters to her readers.
Matthew Fu(writing from California), one of the co-founders and earliest members of Stratford EleMonthly (a newspaper organization in Stratford PA) and SummerMonthly News. Together, he and Ren made the newspaper BIG. However, as the new school year started, Matthew could only temporarily resign. Now, he is returning as the editor and writer that he once was. Matthew loves baseball and got second place in the Little League Hit-a-thon, raising $250 to donate to charity. Recently, he started playing the electric guitar, and is the lead guitarist in his band. Matthew is one of those that make up the backbone of SVM news.
