Matthew Fu, one of the co-founders and earliest members of Stratford EleMonthly (a newspaper organization in Stratford PA) and SummerMonthly News. Together, he and Ren made the newspaper BIG. However, as the new school year started, Matthew could only temporarily resign. Now, he is returning as a minor editor of SVM News. Matthew loves baseball and got second place in the Little League Hit-a-thon, raising $250 to donate to charity. Recently, he started playing the electric guitar, and is the lead guitarist in his band. Matthew can no longer continue as a major contributor, so he will simply revise and add articles here and there.

Ishaan Jain, one of the reporters and communist of SVM News. He likes chess and math, and, of course, writing. He’s 1419 USCF at chess. He plays in tournaments in person. He thinks that being part of SVM news is really fun. He feels like he gets credit and is able to write newspapers. Writing feels like a true passion. He is in 6th grade at Stratford Preparatory, San Jose, and he goes to the same school as Ren. He lives in Redwood City. He contribute to this newspaper by writing opinion papers and research/news reports.
